Dear members @ # 3940/3941 / 3942 / 3944 /3945 /3947 / 3949 /3952 . I am a member from 2011. All of you have joined this Forum from places within India & also Abroad, keen to take part in various Topics of discussion by Vetererans & Sr members. All have the liberty to start any Topic & others would respond as per their opinions. Since this Forum is exclusively for gaining more knowledge on everything, one can think of.
According to me apart from discussion on general topics we should have such Topics / Discussions Like How to bring in much needed help & assistance to ,not so well informed lot / students for Higher education , help on all matters to them ,like creating a Corpus Fund,to ensure timely finance from those who would be eager to help ? hundreds have attained good position in India & surely in U.S. I appeal to the recently introduced Members may collectively take efforts to form a viable Group & decide positively as to How to go about ?
Please go to # 35 & read what is written by one Mr Vagme, wherein he has suggested to form MCM & offer positive suggestions as to how to achieve the object ? Other suggestions are not urgent & can be pursued subsequently. Some suggestions like, entering Politics Etc is not for Brahmins.
All of you are young & well informed. Can take the INITIATIVE & show to our community which is progressing on individual efforts , since we are not united & people of Modern outlook are needed to Bell The CAT.
Sincerely,
A.Sinivasan Note I wish that all members should write their original NAMES & not the ones in the Forum.

Self Introduction

I am Arvind Srinivas, Basically from Kerala ( Palghat iyers) migrated to Bangalore last 7 decades back
We are very much orthodex and follows of Kanchi Kamakoti peetam and Sri Shringeri Peetam.
It is nice to be part of this group. Hopefully this group will join together across India and help each others.
The most and very important issue is, Please understand with in us is "We are pulling down our own community or people"
this is because of our superiority complex or not ready to help .
We should learn from other community is that join together help them in politically, financially,
The great problem which we are facing is today is finding brides to our bride grooms, because all brides are looking only the top most and ending up with very late mariage or not married. Parents should look this problem and ensure that their son/daughter should be married before the age of 25, so that we can ensure our community build stronger and strongest.

I have put up one issue also on suggestion provided, kindly take up this and unite ourself.

Thanking you
Arvind srinivas

This is tamil brahmins forum. Having entered this how can we say we hate communal? It is still in india and will be there for another 100 years. Customs and rituals vary from each community. That cannot be broken if you have faith in all these rituals. In chettiyar choultries in all major shetrams like, varanasi, rameswaram other community persons are not entertained. The same with other sects too. Mixing up for religious functions and pithru kariyans is not good. We should respect other's feelings. It is not wounding to say we follow this. Okay
