Intro

I am a retired executive from Srirangam. My interests are in hindu religion practices to be followed in all karmas. Follow the required steps with proper mantras, create a store of the all the activities in a Brahmins life, and the associated rules and exceptions which should serve as a reference to all the younger generations who are scattered world over but interested in following the ancestral practices. As a first step I would like to access and collect them for my sons to have their hand in it.

My wife just saw this site today while searching for some information in the net . It was very good. Thus I got hooked to this site . Both my wife and I are from Matunga , Mumbai . We had been to S I E S High School there. I did BTech from IIT Bombay and went to Columbia Univ , NYC ( 69-73) on Fellowship and then returned to India . After working for 40 years in different companies , I retired from Tata Steel Wire Division in 2007 . Then I worked as a Consultant till 2013. We are settled in Bangalore for 30 years now. As all our 3 children are settled abroad ( US and UK ) , I thought it would be interesting to join this forum .

Mr. Narayanan you are welcome to this group. In fact, I am also settled in Hyderabad since 1975. I am a cement man in the field of Government Affairs. My daughter and son are in US.
