I agree. and this is not a good sign. this death is becoming more politicized day by day, and reading the facebook posts of both dalits and anti dalits, it looks like we are in for a looooong controversy.

sad. hope God gives the parents of Swathi, strength to see them through all of this.

dear raji, good lady,

i have to come to believe in randomness of things. good things happen to bad people and reverse too, appear to happen more often. just look at the swathi case. this is not an instance of cause & effect, atleast to me.

it appears to be done at random..there is no answer for the question 'why'. i have found, when i look back in life, at some of the sad occurrings for good people, the only reason i can think of is that things happen at a random. there is no rhyme or reason as to 'why'.

the only appropriate thing is not to question the 'why' of it, but take life as it happens and deal with it.

ஆனால் இந்தப் பெண் பாவம் என்னதான் செய்து விட்டாள்? காலை ஆறரை மணிக்கு ரயில் ஏற நிற்கையில் ஒருவன் அரிவாளால் வெட்டிக் கொன்று போடுகிறான்!! ஆனால் அடுத்த நாளிலிருந்து இந்த ஊடகங்கள் பல்வேறு வதந்திகளை பரப்பி தினம் தினம் அவளைக் கொல்கிறது!! கொடூரமாக உயிர் துறந்த ஒரு ஆன்மாவின்மேல் இப்படிக் கேவலமாக எழுத எப்படித்தான் மனம் வருகிறது என்றுதான் தெரியவில்லை!!
சில விஷயங்கள் சந்தேகங்கள் ஏற்கத்தக்க ஒன்றே! அதிலொன்று தனியாக நடந்து வீட்டருகில் உள்ள ஸ்டேஷனுக்கு தினம் வந்து கொண்டிருந்த ஸ்வாதி திடீரென்று தந்தையுடன் பைக்கில் வருகிறார்......இதன் காரணம் தெளிவு! அந்த இளைஞனின் தொந்திரவை அவர் தந்தையிடம் சொல்லி அவனைத் தவிர்க்கும் முகமாக வந்திருக்க வாய்ப்புண்டு! ஏன் அவர்கள் போலீசுக்கு செல்லவில்லை? இதற்கு விடை மிகச் சுலபம்!! சாதாரண மக்களே போலீஸ் ஸ்டேஷன் செல்வதற்கு யோசிப்பார்கள்! பிராமணர்கள் கண்டிப்பாக அஞ்சவே செய்வார்கள்! அப்படியெல்லாம் காவல்நிலையத்துக்கு சென்று புகார் சொல்லும் தன்மை அவர்களிடம் கண்டிப்பாகக் கிடையாது! பிராமணர்களில் கால் சதவிகிதம் பேர்கள் கூட காவல் நிலையத்துக்குள் சென்றிருக்க வாய்ப்பே இல்லை என்பதை உறுதியாகச் சொல்வேன்!! அப்படியிருக்க இந்த விஷயத்துக்கு மட்டும் எப்படி உடனே செல்வார்கள்? தொடர்ந்து பிரச்சினை எழுந்தால் பார்த்துக் கொள்வோம் என்று விட்டிருக்கலாம்! அதுதான் நடந்திருக்கும்!!!
ஆனால் வரும் வதந்திகளைப் பாருங்கள்!! ஸ்வாதியின் அப்பா ரயில் நிலையத்துக்குள் சிரித்த முகமாக (???) பேன்ட் பாக்கெட்டில் கையை விட்டுக் கொண்டு (????) நிற்கிறாராம்!! மகள் இப்படி இறந்த வருத்தமே அவர் முகத்தில் தெரியவில்லையாம்!! இப்படி ஒரு பதிவு ஊர் சுற்றி வருகிறது! பதிவை எழுதியவன் அந்தத் தந்தை மாரில் அடித்துக் கொண்டு அழுத வீடியோவைக் காணவில்லை போலும்!!
இப்போது இன்னொரு படம்! யாரோ இரண்டு பேர் அருகருகே நிற்கும் படத்தை செல்போனில் காட்டி அவர்கள்தான் ராம்குமார் ஸ்வாதியாம் !! இன்னும் படங்கள் தொடர்ந்து வர இருக்கிறதாம்!! அப்போது ஸ்வாதி பற்றி ஊர் தெரிந்து கொள்ளுமாம்!! இப்படிப் பதிவுகளை எழுதுகிறவர்களுக்கு அக்காள் தங்கை இல்லையா என்றும் கூட சந்தேகம் எழுகிறது!! பதினைந்து நாட்கள் முன்பே அந்தப் பெண் கொடூரமாக இறந்து போனாள்! இப்போது இந்த ஊடகங்களின் பிடியில் சிக்கி தினம் தினம் இறக்கிறாள்!!

Until the next sensational case reports, we will have something published by the media to munch everyday, really disturbing...

Sorrow experienced by the victim's family seems to have been conveniently overlooked

Now there may be few who come forward and project the alleged accused and his act of..........

Now the thread has taken a twist of Karma theory...

So many persons have F B friends and NOT all of them are killed so mercilessly! When it happens to a sweet looking girl,

how else do we explain it? I don't support the murderer at all! This is a heinous crime and the culprit has to be punished.

BTW, the media will spread all sorts of assumptions in this case, just to get more TRP.

Now, let me share two of my thoughts here. My cousin, a very well educated gentleman, did NOT care for a severe pain

in his back and drove to work after smearing some pain balm. On the way, he had a massive heart attack and lost his life.

How can we explain this? It is not the fate that played its role in making him ignore the pain and suspect a heart problem?

Most of the humans think that nothing wrong CAN happen to us. It is nothing but blind faith.

I know a kind lady, who has always been of help to everyone in her family, her extended family, friends and to the society,

bedridden for the past six years! How else do we explain her sufferings?

One another lawyer by name Ramaraj has come to the scene claiming to be the lawyer of the accused. He met the accused in jail and then went to Tenkasi and discussed with the father / family / relatives of the accused.
It appears that a team of lawyers of 5 members (includes one by name Sankarasubbu, a senior criminal lawyer) are going to defend the case.
The case may turn into politics.

Lack of an explanation, carelessness, ignorance, negligence etc cannot be replaced with "destiny" as it is believed in the common sense of the word. There is no super power that has pre-coded the dos and donts for each life and for every second.

Whatever happens is a culmination of variables - some controllable and some uncontrollable. We do our best to manage the controllable and avoid unpleasant uncontrollables (that are capable of being avoided). That is all. There is no mystical "destiny" attached to anybody.
