AAP is setting the agenda for others,free water and power . congress in case do not have the numbers in 2014 elections would not mind AAP supporting from outside. Even Communist Karat says ,AKs programmes are close to leftist agenda in recent article. one can see the contours of a new coalition of like minded left of center liberals backed by congress
