Again you are missing the point. Coded text in open messages is essential to make the curious cats (like me) to believe that there is something fishy. Otherwise the plot is lost before it is hatched. The coded message will appear gibberish and will draw the attention of the "law enforcers" (moderators/owners??) and others to feel justified to have more than a passing interest to the thread.

At least it would have kept your intentions in the dark. The following is what would have been declared to the law enforcers (as a part of drama, of course):

# 20. Old is Gold!

In the olden times, women used to bathe before entering their kitchen. It was considered as holy as the puja room. Ladies in their monthly cycles were not allowed to enter the kitchen or prepare food.

While preparing the food, the ladies would be chanting some slokams or naamams or humming or singing god's names. Their saatvic mood was transfered to the food they cooked.

People who ate the food were saatvic too and life was on the whole very peaceful. People had contentment and believed in praaptham that god has given them what they deserved to enjoy.

Now a days women prepare food, finish all their work and take bath as late as possible. They are always in a hurry or often in bad moods.

Everything will reflect on the job they do and things they prepare. Net result... There is anger, worry, hurry and dissatisfaction everywhere.

Materialism has taken the front place pushing behind spirituality and Peace of mind. The growing unruliness and mindless violence among the youngsters is cause for severe concern. But how many of us really worry abut these things or raise a finger to change them?

Our patience for the wrong things is ever increasing while that necessary for peaceful living is fast declining!

Money has replaced everything and has become God. But people tend to forget that money, though a good servant, :hail: is a bad master :whip: !

Let it obey you and you can live in Peace. You start obeying it, all your peace of mind will be lost.

I know some mamis who go on a shopping spree since they can't enter their kitchen and they want to make good use of their hard earned(?) free time.

They go the clothes shop, touch every saree and dress thereby making them "kodith - theettu" sarees. :doh:

You are right in washing the new saree before wearing it.

God knows how many mamis bless each saree with their divine touch during those 3 + 2 smelly days :dizzy:
