Aatma is just a saakshi- witnessing everything
that is happening to its pancha kosam, all the time!
When the body sleeps and the mind is switched off in deep sleep,
the Aatma remains wide awake and very alert.
That is precisely why we are ale to say on the next day,
"I had a beautiful, dreamless, knockout sleep yeterday!"
