மௌனமே சிறந்ததும், மிகவும் வலிமை வாய்ந்ததுமான் தீக்ஷை.
தக்ஷிணாமூர்த்தி அனுஷ்டித்ததும் அதுவே.
ஸ்பர்ச தீக்ஷை, சக்ஷு தீக்ஷை ஆகியவை அதனைவிடத்
தரம் குறைந்தவையே.
மௌன தீக்ஷை எல்லோர் இதயங்களையும் மாற்றிவிடும்.

தன்னை உணர்ந்த ஞானியின் மௌனம் மிகவும் வாய்மை வாய்ந்தது.

அவரிடம் இருந்து பாயும் ஆன்மீக அலைகள் பல மக்களை
அவர் பால் ஈர்க்கின்றன.

இருப்பினும் அவர் ஒரு குகையில் அமர்ந்து முழு மௌனம் அனுஷ்டிக்கலாம்.

அவர் பொது மக்களிடம் செல்ல வேண்டிய தேவையே இல்லை.

தேவையானால் பிறரை அவர் தமக்குக் கருவியாகப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.

மௌனமே நிரந்தரப் பேச்சு.
அது இடைவிடாது நிகழ்வது.
பேச்சினால் அதன் ஓட்டம் தடைபடுகிறது.
நான் பேசுகிற இந்த வார்த்தைகள் அந்த
மௌன மொழியில் ஒரு தடையை உணடாக்குகின்றன.
உதாரணமாக ஒரு கம்பியில் மின்சாரம் பாய்கிறது என்று வைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். இதில் தடை உண்டாக்கினால் விளக்கு எரிகிறது.
அல்லது மின்விசிறி சுற்றுகிறது. கம்பியில் மின்சார சக்தியாகவே இருக்கிறது. அதுபோலவே மௌனம் என்பது. அது வார்த்தைகளால் தடை படுகிறது.
 
# 158. பொது மொழி.

எண்ணம் இல்லாது இருக்கும் போது உலகப் பொதுமொழியாம் மௌனத்தால் நாம் ஒருவர் மற்றொருவரைப் புரிந்து கொள்கிறோம். பல ஆண்டுகள் வார்த்தைகளால் புரிய வைக்க முடியாததை உடனே மௌனத்தின் மூலம் புரிய வைக்கலாம். இதற்கு தட்சிணாமூர்த்தியே சிறந்த எடுத்துக் காட்டு. மௌனமே மிக உயர்ந்ததும் மிகப்பயன் தருவதும் ஆன மொழி ஆகும்.

மௌனமே வேலையின் மிக வலிமையான வடிவம். சாத்திரங்கள் எவ்வளவு பெரியதாகவும், தெளிவாகவும் இருந்தாலும், மௌனத்தின் பயனை அவை தருவது இல்லை. குரு மௌனமாக இருக்கிறார். அமைதி எங்கும் பரவுகிறது. அமைதி எல்லா சாத்திரங்களையும் விட பரந்து தெளிந்தது. உள்ளே நடைபெறும் வேலை வெளியே தெரிவது இல்லை.

As Dr Renuka Madam has suggested, started walking exercise everyday, probably
the best one to spend time too, early in the morning going around 3-4 Kms,
perhaps it too facilitates in controlling the emotions.

Good idea. I will henceforth implement it more effectively.
