As requested by my daughter- in- law, for the past two month, I have collected all the groceries as garlic, chili and turmeric powder along with our daily usage materials. After obtained the visa from Chennai embassy office at the month of Feb, we have ready to start the dream land America with our 92+ weighing language.

The car carrying myself, hubby and roaring from Karur to Chennai in the chilly breezy morning at 4 am. Our car surfed on the black tar roads like the kid scrawled and stopped in the front of my mom’s residence in Chennai after the long seven hours journey.

My younger son, employed as a software Engineer in Chennai picked us both to the airport on Wednesday 04 at 9 pm. The busy Meenambakkam International airport lobby was covered by the chilled weather has numerous faces to fly and to send off their kith and kin. We laden our luggage on two carts and then entered the main hall where our luggage were scanned by the airport authorities. After, the bored checking formalities came to an end; we stepped in to an escalator to take us to the first floor.

The clock struck 12 and announced the day Thursday, 05.04. My hubby was very calm; but I am not. With the bewildered mind, I seated on the chair, awaiting for our flying machine. With, the splendor and an inexpressible viewing, the Lufthansa flight, no: 759 taxied on the run way, where the flying giant is ready to carry me to the new world.

The air craft moved slowly on the run way the, lights spotted on the side way, likely slanting 40 degree upwards and this would be the sign that the flight is in takeoff. The present weather has been announced as normal. The lights disappeared from our sight. Slowly the dark appeared in front of the windows. We watched the monitors in front and came to know that the plane is flying over the Bay of Bengal.

I awakened with the flight turbulence; saw the monitors to find out the exact place where the plan is. The monitor displayed that we are flying over Middle East. In the dawn, we noticed the beautiful scene of the Alps, with, covering snow on the top.

I am afraid the flight was on Alps within 40000 feet. The flight crossed Alps and reached *Frankfurt. We had delicious food in the flight. The food was supplied accordingly by the passenger’s option. In general, they served non- veg items. However, we could choose the vegetarian meal.

We felt turbulence whenever the flight descended. However, it could be normal while flying in the horizontal position.

The crew announced that the flight will going to land within hours. They warned the passengers should be in wearing their seat belts the same was displayed in the TV screen also.

The picturesque of the Frankfurt could be seen while flight reduced the height to 5000 feet. The houses are rowed amazingly with their colored terraced, just like a beautiful carpet. The vehicles were moving like toys, on the neat black topped roads. With, the great turbulence the flight taxied in the Frankfurt airport.

As scheduled, the flight arrived in to the Frankfurt airport at 08.25 AM on April 5. With, the smiling faces the hostesses repeating the words ‘’Have a nice day...Bye!'’. They helped to get down from the flight and gave a nice sendoff.
