Nothing but the Theory of Karma can explain such mysteries
beyond our feeble perception and feebler understanding!!! :tsk:
Sowbagyavathy VR, Greetings.
That quoted message was in relation to the/a baby found in the arms of a beggar. I don't think that explains karma theory. That only explains the inequities of wealth distribution in our system. We are tryiing to blame the victims by quoting 'karma theory' and trying to hide our own guilty feelings; we have done it so much, noone feels guilty anymore. We don't know for sure that baby lead a sinful life in the past janma to get such un-envious life in this life. Even if that was the case, where is the humane feeling from us? If half a dozen of us determine to change that baby's future for the better, we can do it. Do we do it? No! We blame the 'karma theory' and walk away. ( I know, one would ask, Raghy, what do you do to make any changes? I do, but not enough though; but I never blame a victim with karma theory).
Sowbagyavathy VR, it was quite disheartening to see the victim getting blamed. I know, you did not mean to sound it that way. But I have seen so many persons actually scowl at such a victim. So, kindly don't take it personally. I just voiced an opinion only. Nothing personal about anyone, please.
Cheers!
