She is well versed in scriptures- in addition to being a doctor.
She has no fancy for gold/ diamonds and silk -
the three weak points of most women.
She is a rare doctor for the spirit and the body.
And she is as young as my elder son.

2)Read up a lot on religion(but no idea if any wisdom has actually bloomed!LOL)

3)Knows Sanskrit(Important for a saint so that he/she can confuse the masses by using occasional Sanskrit words and sentences)

4)Besides Sanskrit I know 4 other languages(totally I know 5 languages)...(yet again important..a saint needs to be multilingual to have more Bhaktas!)

5)Wake up at 5 am and exercise for a little more than 1 hour along with Yoga.Important fora saint to advocate exercise and yoga.

6)Spends time in TB forum..a holy forum! ha ha ha


7)In free time reads Sanskrit Ramayana.

8)When bored looks up latest news on Sunny Leone.(A saint has to have some scandalous aspects too!LOL)



Can I be conferred sainthood?

I can't say Yes openly cos that would translate as Ahamkara.

So I let others decide and whatever you decide I humbly accept!LOL

ONLY a TRUE Brahmin can be so honest about oneself.
You are unique and nonpareil ---whether a saint or not.
And that matters a lot dear!
Being so young and loaded with useful knowledge and being

I have already shared this story in the forum.
But it is good enough to be told twice/thrice here.
Narada in his previous birth was the son of a servant.
She worked hard to care for and rear her son.
Those days servants aka Dasi was supposed to entertain
and please the guests visiting the master.
She got a son who would become Narada in his next birth.
But she did not know whose child he actually was!
The boy went to a guru to learn as the others boys did.
When the guru asked him who his father was,
the boy truthfully admitted that he did not know.
To speak this kind of truth in a class filled with pupils
one needed a lot of moral courage.
The guru told the disciples immediately,
"This boy must be the son of a true brahmin.
No one else will dare to such a dire truth in the public"

துறவியரை அண்டிப் பிழைப்பவளின்,
வறுமையில் வாடும் மகனாக இருந்தார்.

மாரிக் காலத்தில் நான்கு மாதங்களும்
வேறிடம் செல்லார் துறவியர் எவரும்;
தாயுடன் சேர்ந்து தானும் உதவினான்
மாயையை வென்ற அம்முனிவர்களுக்கு.

அவர்கள் புசித்து எஞ்சிய உணவை
அருள்மிகு பிரசாதமாகவே உண்டும்;
அவர்கள் பேசும் மொழிகளை எல்லாம்
அமர்ந்து கேட்டும் ஞானம் பெற்றான்.

சிறுவனின் தீவிர சிரத்தையைக் கண்டு,
மறை முனிவர்களும் மனம் மிக மகிழ்ந்து
போதனை செய்தனர் இறைபக்தியையும்,
சாதனை செய்யும் சில முறைகளையும்.

பால் கறக்கச் சென்ற அன்னையை
பாம்பு ஒன்று தீண்டிக் கொல்லவே;
பாலகன் பாரினில் தனியன் ஆனான்,
கால் போன போக்கில் திரியலானான்.

ஒரு நாள் தியானம் செய்யும்போது
ஒரு திருவுருவம் மனக்கண்ணில் தோன்ற,
மீண்டும் மீண்டும் அதைத் தான் காண
வேண்டும் வேண்டும் என ஆவல் மிகுந்தது.

“பற்றை முற்றும் விடாதவர்களும், மனப்
பக்குவம் சிறிதும் அடையாதவர்களும்,
காண இயலாது என்னை அறிவாய்! நீ
காண இயலும் உன் அடுத்த பிறவியில்”

அசரீரியாக அவன் மட்டும் கேட்டான்,
அதிசயமான இனிய வார்த்தைகளை!
விசனப்பட்டான் இன்னும் எத்தனை நாள்
விரும்பாத இது போன்ற வாழ்க்கை என?

மின்னல் வெட்டியது போலச் சரிந்தது
முன்னர் பெற்ற அவனது ஸ்தூலதேகம்,
விண்ணில் பறந்தது அவன் சூக்ஷ்மதேகம்,
விஷ்ணுவின் மூச்சுடன் உள்ளே புகுந்தது.

பிரமனின் செய்த அடுத்த படைப்பினில்
பிரமனின் அற்புத மானச புத்திரனாகத்
தோன்றினார் நம் தேவமுனி நாரதர்,
மூன்று உலகமும் பக்தியுடன் சஞ்சரிக்க.

பாமரப் பணிப்பெண் ஒருவளின் மகன்
பார்புகழும் தேவமுனிவர் ஆகிவிட்டதன்
ரகசியம் எது என அறிந்திடுவோம் நாம்,
விகசித்த அவர் பக்தியினால் அன்றோ?

வாழ்க வளமுடன்,

2. Recite slokas -in sanskrit- I do not know if there are film songs in sanskrit.

3. Tying oneself in knots in yogic poses and posting on facebook and other forums for a following

4. Make noodles everyday- Our yogic guru is marketing patanjali noodles to take on maggi

5.. Head for the hills nearby and have an ashram fully air conditioned as a retreat to escape from work when over worked and become unreachable. It will create an aura around you

6You can assume the Mata avathar you are fond off

7. Sunny leone who? she should be your follower.

Of course , you are on your way to be conferred sainthood. VRji has already decided you are one.

NARADA’S PREVIOUS BIRTH.

Narada was the son of a poor woman who made her living by serving a few sAdhUs in an Ashram. During the rainy season, the ascetics stay put in a place for four months, as they can’t travel freely during those months.

The mother and son took very good care of them. The boy would eat the left over food as a prasAdam. He would sit and listen to their talks on the greatness of God and the miracles He had performed.

He developed sradhdhA and bhakti even as a child, just five year old.The sAdhUs were pleased with him and taught the child the greatness of bhakti and the secrets of spiritual sAdanA.

On day, his mother got bitten by a snake, when she went to milk the cow and died.The boy became an orphan and started wandering wherever his legs would carry him. He would sit and meditate for long hours.

One day he got the glimpse of a divine figure in his mind’s vision. He yearned to see it again and again.

Then he heard a voice tell him, “Child! you are not yet ready to see me and be with me. You have had satsang developed bhakti. In your next birth you will become my supreme bhakta and be with me for ever”.

When the boy cast of his body, his jEvAtmA rose high into the heavens and entered Vishnu through the air He breathed, along with Brahman.

After the long night, when the creation was started again, he was born as the mAnasa puthrA of Barhma and became the thrilOka sanchAri…the great VishnU bhaktA NAradA.

What is the secret behind his transformation from being the son of an illiterate servant woman to a dEva rishi?

It is nothing but his sincere and staunch devotion to Lord nArAyanA.

Whichever place Sri Rama lives in become Ayodhya.
All these buildups are needed for people like Radhe Ma
and not for a person with a real mindset of a saint.
Patanjali was half snake and half man.

பொற்றாமரைக் குளத்தில் சென்று நீராடித்
தத்தம் நியமங்களை முடித்து வந்தனர்;

பொன்னார் மேனியர் நீரே கூறும் எமக்கு,
என்ன செய்வதென்று யாம் அறிகிலோம்!”

“பொன்னம்பலத் திரு நடனத்தை நீவீர்
மன்னுvபுகழ் மதுராபுரியிலேயே காண்பீர்!

முன்னர் தோன்றி விட்டதால் மதுராபுரி,
உன்னர்க்கரிய துவாதசாந்த ஸ்தானம்.

திருவாரூர் அமையும் உலகளாவிய
விராட் புருஷனது மூலாதாரமாக!

திருவானைக்காவே சுவாதிஷ்டானம்,
திருவண்ணாமலை மணிபூரகம் ஆகும்.

தில்லையம்பதி அவனது அனாஹதம்,
திருக்காளஹஸ்தியே அவனது விசுத்தி;

காசியே விராட்புருஷனது ஆக்ஞை;
கயிலையே அவனது பிரமரந்திரம்.”

இரு பெரு முனிவரும் சிவபெருமானும்,
அருகிலிருந்த திருக்கோவிலில் நுழைய,

இறைவனின் இச்சாசக்தியால் தோன்றியது
இந்திர விமானத்தின் கீழ் வெள்ளியம்பலம்!

மாணிக்கப்பீடம் கம்பீரமாக காட்சிதர,
ஆணிப்பொன் மேனியர் பீடத்தின் மேல்

காணர்க்கரிய அழகிய திருநடனம் ஆட,
கண்டு களித்தனர் அருந்தவ முனிவர்கள்.

கணத்தில் தோன்றின சிவகணங்கள்!
கணக்குடன் ஒலித்தது தண்ணுமை.

நந்திகேஸ்வரருடைய மத்தள வாத்யம்,
பின்னிப் பிணைந்தது தண்ணுமையோடு!

திருமால் முழக்கினர் அழகிய இடக்கை,
பிரமன் மனைவி சுருதி கூட்டி ஒலிக்க,

தும்புரு, நாரதர் இசைத்தனர் கீதங்கள்,
என்புருகும் ஓர் அற்புதத் தாண்டவம்!

வலக்கைகள் ஐந்தில் பற்றி இருந்தார்
சூலம், உடுக்கை, அம்பு, வாள், மழு!

இடக்கைகள் ஐந்தில் பற்றி இருந்தார்
விடநாகம், தீ, வில், கேடயம், கதை.

திரு நீலகண்டம், வெண்ணீற்று மேனி;
விரித்த சடைக்கற்றை, சங்குக்குண்டலம்,

கமல நயனங்கள் கருணை மழை பொழிய,
கச்சை ஆனது ஒரு கொடிய விஷ நாகம்.

மந்திரம், வேதம், தீச்சுடர் , சிலம்புகள்,
கங்கையுடன் அங்கு கலந்து ஒலித்திட,

“என்ன வரம் வேண்டும் உமக்கு?” என்று
பொன்னார் மேனியன் முனிவரை வினவ,

“இந்த வரம் ஒன்று தருவாய் இறைவா!
இந்த நடனம் என்றும் நிலைத்து நின்று,

பந்த பாசம் விலக்க வேண்டும் அன்பரின்!”
அந்த வரமே தந்தான் சுந்தரபாண்டியசிவன்.

6 . THE DIVINE DANCE OF LORD SIVA!


When the guests were invited for the wedding feast, they wanted to finish their daily nishtaa and niyamaa. They went to the Pond of golden lotuses and performed their nithya karmaa.

When everyone left to eat the feast, two maharishis Patanjali and Vyaagra Paadaa were hesitating. They told the Lord, “We never take food without witnessing your dance at Ponnambalam. Please tell us what to do now?”

The Lord replied, “You may witness the dance performed at Ponnambalam now and here in Madhuraapuri itself. This is the dwaadasaantha sthaanam of the cosmic Viraat Purushan.

Thiruvaroor is His Moolaadhaaram; Thiruvaanaika is His Swathishtaanam; Thiruvannaamalai is His Manipooragam; Thillaiyambathi is His Anaahatham, Thirukkaalahasthi is His Agnai. Kailaash is His Bramaranthram.”

The two rushis entered the temple with Lord Siva. Lord’s icchaa skakti made a Velliyambalam appear beneath the Indra Vimaanam A dais of carbuncle stood there very majestically. Lord Siva did His thaandavaa on the dais.
Sivaganas appeared instantly.They started playing drums.

Nandhi played his mruthangam in accordance with their drums. Saraswathi played on her veena.Thumburu and Narada sang melodious songs. The divine dance was a feast both for the eyes and the ears.

Siva held in His five right hands a Trisoolam, a damaroo, an arrow, a sword and the mazhu. In His five left hands He held, a poisonous cobra, the fire, a bow, a shield and a mace.

The sound of Mantraas, Vedas, fire, anklets, and flowing Ganges merged and mesmerized.The God was pleased with the rushis and wanted to bestow a boon on them.

“This dance must be permanent here. Those who witness this must be freed from all kinds of bondage by your divine grace!”

Sundara Paandiya Sivan happily agreed to this proposal.

This is Nyle Dimarco.
He recently won American Next Top Model contest.

This handsome guy is actually deaf/mute.

His grandparents,parents,his twin brother and another brother too are all deaf/mute.

Through out the contest he was very well mannered and superbly professional.

Everyone was hoping he would win and he did win it.

One of the best pics is a pic taken with his mother.
Posted below and when his picture got a top rating he became emotional and cried cos he said he loved his mother a lot cos she brought him and his other brothers ups single handedly(I think his dad died).

The handsome model looks like a Greek God and is of Italian/Peruvian parentage.

dear Renu,
It is the intense look in this guy's eyes that made him stand out from the rest of the models I am sure.
He is deaf and mute and so he has to observe the facial expressions and the lip movements to understand what is going on. In fact his eyes are more intense than those of his furry friend.

I am reminded of the movie Koshish with Sanjeev Kumar and Jaya Bhaduri in the main roles.

I am really surprised that the grand parents went to have children and grand children despite the scary heredity looming large in their vicinity.

So it looks like modelling is the right profession or people who are different from the normal people!

dear Mr. Krish,
How I wish I were proficient in Greek to be able to write poems in Greek about the Greek Gods.
But actually Greek Gods do not fascinate me with their 6 /8 (10?) pack abs,
resembling some weird reptile standing erect on its two hind legs!
They seem to burst with enough energy to rape their own mother and swallow their own children.
Once upon a time I wished to create a blog on the Greek Gods.
But after reading about them I dropped the idea like a hot potato!
I like Hindu Gods who are feminine to look at and masculine when it comes to a showdown.

Dear VR ji,

He lived in a deaf community and uses Sign Language to communicate.

He said that he does not consider himself disabled and he accepts himself as for what he is cos this is the world that he knows.

What I liked about him the best thru out the competition is he never wished bad for anyone.

Other "normal" models in the competition were wishing each other ill so that they can be on top and win the contest.

But this guy always felt that everyone had their strong points and weak points too and never wished anyone to blunder during a photo shoot.

His kindness and well wishing won everyone's heart.

He is beautiful both inside and outside.
