3. The relative speed of two objects travelling in the same direction is the difference in their speeds.
When both the light and the vehicle travel at the speed of light, the relative speed is zero.
In other words there will not be any beam of light coming out of the headlight to the passengers sitting inside the vehicle.

A1. Both Infants and the Adulterers are at the mercy of someone who they can't control.

The infant depends on its mother/ nurse/ babysitter to fulfill its physical and emotional needs.
They may or may not do their duty properly - leaving the infant feeling miserable and in tears!

Stolen Kiss may be the sweetest but the fear of the self-appointed-moral-police and real police will be always there. Maybe that is what makes the stolen kiss so thrilling in the first place.

A2. Our knees are ALREADY bending backwards...
In case they bend forwards, we will be looking to our front and walking in the reverse direction.
In other words we will look at 'where we are going from' instead of 'where we are going to.'
The same thing with running and cycling too!

Chair will be same but your legs will fold up across your chest in addition to your hands. What a fine sight it would be! Doing the troublesome yoga poses (which involve the legs to be thrown over the shoulders ) will become very easy!

A3. Darkness is the absence of Light.
So theoretically the speed of darkness = the speed of vanishing light.

A4. Elementary! All the cut-throat-competitors of the folks in this side of the road will naturally be on the other side of the same road!

I have observed several times that when a person is terminally ill and needs love and care, everyone in the family living in different cities, are too busy to visit him or look after him.

But after his demise, the same people will find free time to camp in his house for any number of days from 13 days onwards!!! At a time when their presence MAY be completely superficial and unnecessary in a small crowded modern house.

Even if they had come and taken care of him for two days each, the person would have left the world much happier - registering the number of people who really cared for him.

Such is human way of thinking!
 
My maternal aunt was bedridden with several complications for weeks and months in Bangalore.

She has only two sons and she is very fond of daughters. So we four siblings who were her nieces were like her daughters - on whom she showered her love and affection.

She would make all of us sing and me dance whenever she came to our house. She would bring very useful gifts during her every visit.

I very much wanted to visit her but my request was bluntly vetoed.

When she died in the coldest month of the year, I got the news around midnight. I was promptly ordered to go and bathe in the ice cold water at that hour. I bluntly refused.

I felt when they can refuse my genuine and reasonable request to visit her when she was ALIVE, I can refuse to bathe as demanded by the them at mid night, in ice cold water and in the Coimbatore climate.

I got scolded for both these things. I just brushed them off without feeling any guilt.

People KNOW all the rules and sampradaayams but follow ONLY those which suit them well.

Isn't this the strangest thing we see everyday?

80b. He who wishes not to listen, will have to experience.

Life is too short to commit all kinds of blunders and learn from them.
But one who does not want to listen the words of wisdom will have to learn
the same facts in hard way - by personally experiencing them.
Experience runs a hard school but fools will learn nowhere else!

That is what most people are doing anyway!!!

Thermos flask has a lesson or two to teach us.
It keeps out the external heat from its contents.
It keeps the internal heat /cold from escaping to the outside.

If we learn to keep out the external bad stimulations
and retain our internal bliss - life can become much happier.

There is a picturesque word like 'kaam-chOr' in Hindi.

"He steals the work" but he actually

Nowhere is this more obvious than in the blouses women wear.
The tailor who charges only a fraction of the real fees manages to
include additional mini frills wherever possible - as a special bonus!

Have you noticed that...

Every one of us knows what our people like and dislike.

When we want to make the person happy,
WE DO EVERYTHING HE LIKES.
OTHERWISE WE WILL DO EVERYTHING HE DISLIKES.

So it is not due to the lack of knowledge.
It is THE exact knowledge that makes us do such things precisely in the first place.

"Do you want this? Then you can't have it!"
"You don't want this? Then you must have it!"

Don't get amazed asto from whom your kids have learnt what they exhibit.
It is right from you and your elder family members that they learn what they learn.
The kids do not learn by listening to your sermons but by watching your actions.

A couple found a small child which had got separated from its parents.

By now you must have guessed that Gross = big, tall, large, great.
