If they have enough material to substantiate their claim, what for they are waiting or who prevents them from initiating legal action by knocking the doors of the Court?

Courts are for everyone, not only for SS.

AIADMK was in power for several terms and is also presently the Ruling Party of Tamil Nadu State.

Why looking for someone else to do the job?

Having said this, let the Members don’t brand me as a DMK sympathizer and pounce upon me with postings of wrath.

Raja for the Telecom portfolio in 2009 is now well known, the latest tapes to surface in the ever widening scandal known as ‘Radiagate' point towards the role of the former head of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Tarun Das, in getting Kamal Nath the office of Minister of Road Transport and Highways.
In one of his conversations with Ms. Radia in May 2009, when the process of Cabinet formation in the UPA-II was still on, Mr. Das boasts of how he had suggested “big time” for Mr. Nath to be given the key infrastructure portfolio. This despite him accusing the Congress politician of “mak[ing] money” by skimming “15 per cent” from projects under his charge.
When Ms. Radia asks about the induction of some Ministers in the UPA-II and says Mr. Nath's allocation of portfolio was a “bit shocking,” the former CII Chief Mentor reveals that he had batted for Mr. Nath to get the coveted Ministry. “Between you and me,” he tells Ms. Radia, “I had suggested it for him... I had suggested it big time.”
Accusing Mr. Nath's predecessor — Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam's T.R. Baalu — of messing up highway development work during his five-year tenure in UPA-I, Mr. Das says: “Because highways construction and road construction is really a priority… he [Mr. Nath] will do a good job. “He is a doer,” he asserts.
Accusing the Minister of corruption, Mr. Das says Mr. Nath can still make his “15 per cent” on this. “You can do national service and also make money… and do really something worthwhile here,” Mr. Das says, to which Ms. Radia's responds: “This is still an ATM [automated teller machine] for Kamal Nath.” “Absolutely,” says Mr. Das.
Asked by The Hindu how he could speak of a Minister doing national service if he was “also making money” and why he pushed for Mr. Nath's candidature despite harbouring apprehensions about corruption under his watch, Mr. Das said his “15 per cent” remark was “irresponsible and unfortunate.”
I regret that, he said. “Loose talk. My public apologies to Mr. Nath.”
Denying that he had lobbied on behalf of Mr. Nath, he said he perceived the Minister as a “doer” who had the “ability to get things done.” “Hence, in exchanging ideas with people about a wish list of responsibilities, I did talk about ‘Surface Transport' for him.”
Referring to his use of the term “big time,” Mr. Das said he meant “forceful.” “I really felt strongly he was the right man for the job. I was really happy he was allotted Roads and Highways,” he added.
Claiming that he did not lobby for Mr. Nath, Mr. Das said: “Please remember the context. Everyone at that time was discussing, speculating and expressing views. Please see this conversation in that context. This was a wish. I hoped that those who decide these things would think of him for this job. Nothing more, nothing beyond,” he added.
During the same phone conversation, Ms. Radia also talks about Anand Sharma being made Minister of Trade and Commerce and asks whether Mr. Das knows him. “I know him reasonably well... not so well… we will have to brief him… educate him… he is new to this whole industry area... but he is a trusted person,” he adds.

It has all happened and he made the maximum damage. It is also not going to help in any way in finding his fitness at this point of time. His current target is Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

Yes. Damage is done not only for JJ, but all other politicians too. They all need to setup good auditors from now on. And to your previous post, yes - anybody can lodge a case against ill-gotten wealth of DMK (and others). However, they have to be "well-prepared" or else won't be 'alive' even before the case gets filed. Law is fantastic in that aspect. SS seems to have more power since he merged his poor JP to BJP in 2013?. Now maybe he has resources since there is power in the center. And things can get done easily. Either way, this is a welcome change to the country.

There is an incident which is often quoted as a joke when it comes to Dr.Swamy .Once a famous so called upright politician came to Dr.Swamy's Office and threw a file on his table saying look all along it is you who is troubling others but from now on I will trouble you and here is the file that has details against you and Dr.Swamy unperturbed went to his file rack ,came up with a bigger file and gave it to this politician saying this is the file that has all details against you . That Mr.Upright Politician went away humbled taking back Swamys file with him . Swamy is not an invincible person and without errors but the people who want to fight against him must be really impeccable and that is very rare in today's context be it in politics , judiciary ,executive , journalism .

You are right SS joined the BJP only very recently i.e. in 2013.

But he has initiated action against JJ way back in 1996 when he was the leader of poor Janatha Party. He is an one man army.

They are more equal in muscle power and money power, only thing is who rules the State will have the upper hand. And both the Parties are ruling State alternatively since 1967.

That's why I wanted to see what would be going in their minds to call somebody a culprit, when they are themselves a culprit. And find it quite strange for public to hand over the sword to a culprit to deal with another culprit. And continue to speak about Dharma, law etc. Wondering what is going in public's mind too (on a philosophical note).

Nowadays, it is nothing to do with being right or wrong, its all about winning or losing in any way.

Media appears to demonstrate that the riches amassed by DMK is no place an examination to JJ's riches aggregation. JJ will be considered as a mustard seed to DMK's family riches.

An alternate illustration, Jagan Mohan Reddy - 407 crore which is known, while unknown - difficult to figure out. His educational qualifications is still an inquiry. How might he be able to accumulate such a great amount of riches since 2009 when got elected. Actually dividing 407 crores by 6 years of political vicinity provides me 68 crores a year. What's more now, that is a number I might want to wager on any uneducated individual to procure at this moment by legitimate means.

SS & JJ were close once, some break happened in the middle, now SS win. So also Bush admin and Saddam were close. Break, now Saddam has left the earth.

Even with kanimozhi, the sum is a paltry 250 crores, but there is a money trail, which is difficult to digest. Even in the national herald case too against sonia and rahul, pursued by swamy, there is a trail; let us see how it is handled by the court. When rahul invests one lakh in a company, and the company gets a 50 crore loan against banking norms, and subsequently the loan is written off, who is liable? Difficult to prove as the links are many. There was a murmur about SBI chief gopalakrishnan approving loans to chidambaram connection individuals and companies, but nothing came out in the end. There are certain things which mostly goes in favour of a certain political party especially at the time of Election includes, the so called ‘wave’, volume of cash/kind paid against each vote, freebies offer, Election manifesto, caste factor, nativity, etc

General public who are mostly illiterates decide the Party to rule by exercising their franchise.

The unfortunate thing is there is demand for politicians who have criminal background or who face criminal charges.

Always, it is possible media can twist stories.
Curious because, I keep reading news like Ramkumar constable shot straight words at Modi, and he listened to him and made changes right away.
And now a letter from public, it is acted upon.

I am not trying not to be cynical or sarcastic. How do you think public should react to such news?
If I write a letter now to Modi, what probability is that it will be acted upon?
I have written numerous letters to corporation, no response yet.
So Modi can look over chennai corporation too?

Very true. Corruption is plaguing all sectors in India. Hence I don't believe people running up with brooms and yelling, shall clean corruption. It is not going to work.

That is the governance philosophy and method Sri Modi institutionalized in gujarat; single window clearance, online application even at village level, direct complaint lodging and resolution within time limits, escalation by the complainant and the officials concerned, direct action on corruption complaints. So the common man has less hazzles if his need or demand is normal and genuine.

Officials at the intermediate and higher levels are warned immediately after the demand or acceptance of money to return the money and do the work. So the culture has spread to most of the low and medium level officials to go as per rules and not to bend rules.
