வாழும் காலத்தை அறிவதற்குச் செய்யும் பரீட்சை இது.

#774. உயிர்ப்பும், ஆயுளும்!

ஏறிய ஆறினில் எண்பது சென்றிடும்
தேறிய ஏழில் சிறக்கும் வகை எண்ணில்
ஆறு ஒரு பத்தாய் அமர்ந்த இரண்டையும்
தேறியே நின்று தெளியிவ் வகையே.

மூச்சுக் காற்று ஆறு விரல் அளவு வெளியேறினால் ஒருவன் எண்பது ஆண்டுகள் உயிர் வாழலாம். ஏழு விரல் அளவு மூச்சுக் காற்று வெளியேறினால் வாழும் காலம் அறுபத்திரண்டு ஆண்டுகள் ஆகும்.


#775. மூச்சின் அளவும் வாழும் காலமும்

இவ்வகை எட்டும் இடம்பெற ஓடிடில்
அவ்வகை ஐம்பதே என்ன அறியலாம்
செவ்வகை ஒன்பதும் சேரவே நின்றிடின்
முவ்வகை யாம்அது முப்பது மூன்றே.

எட்டு விரல் அளவு மூச்சு நீண்டு இயங்கினால் அவ் வகையினரின் ஆயுள் ஐம்பது ஆண்டுகள் ஆகும். ஒன்பது விரல் அளவு மூச்சு நீண்டு இயங்குமானால் அந்த மனிதனின் ஆயுள் முப்பத்து மூன்று ஆண்டுகள் ஆகும்.


#776. பிற உயிர்ப்புக்களும் ஆயுளும்

மும்மூன்றும் ஒன்றும் முடிவு உற நின்றிடில்
எண்மூன்றும் நாலும் இடவகை யாய்நிற்கும்;
ஐம்மூன்றும் ஓடி அகலவே நின்றிடில்
பன்மூன்றொடு ஈராறு பார்க்கலும் ஆமே.

பத்து விரல் அளவு மூச்சு வெளியேறினால் இருபத்தெட்டு ஆண்டுகள் ஆயுள் ஆகும். பதினைந்து விரல் அளவு மூச்சு வெளியேறினால் ஆயுள் இருபத்து ஐந்து ஆண்டுகள் ஆகும்.


#777. சுழுமுனையில் அக்கினிக் கலை

பார்க்கலும் ஆகும் பகல்முப் பதும்ஆகில்
ஆக்கலும் ஆகும் அவ் ஆறிரண்டு உள் இட்டுப்
போக்கலும் ஆகும் புகல் அற ஒன்று எனில்
தேக்கலும் ஆகும் திருந்திய பத்தே.

பகல் பொழுது முப்பது நாழிகைகளும் கதிரவன் இல்லாத திங்கள் பகுதியில் சேர்ந்து நின்றால், தலையின் ஈசான திக்கில் உணர்வு உதிக்கும். சுழுமுனையில் மூச்சுக் காற்றுப் போகும். அகரம், உகரம் என்ற இரு சந்திர சூரிய நாடிகளும் செம்மைப்படும். அக்கினிக் கலை சுழுமுனையில் விளங்கும். இதைக் காண முடியும்.

#778. வாழ்நாள் நீடிக்கும்

ஏய்இரு நாளும் இயல்பு உற ஓடிடில்
பாய்இரு நாலும் பகை அற நின்றிடும்
தேய்வுஉற மூன்றும் திகழவே நின்றிடில்
ஆயுறு ஆறு என்று அளக்ககலும் ஆமே.

மேலே சொன்னவாறு இரு நாட்கள் சுழுமுனையில் மூச்சியின் இயக்கம் இருந்தால், கீழ் நோக்குதலை உடைய அபானனும், வியாபித்து இருக்கும் திங்களும் சீவனுக்குப் பகைமை பாராட்டாமல் நன்மை செய்வர். இவ்வறு கீழ் நோக்கும் சக்தியைக் குறைத்து மூன்று நாட்கள் இருந்தால் பயிற்சியாளரின் வாழ்நாள் நீடிக்கும்.


#779. சுழுமுனையில் நிற்க வேண்டும்

அளக்கும் வகைநாலும் அவ்வழியே ஓடில்
விளக்கும் ஒரு நாளும் மெய்ப்பட நிற்கும்
துளக்கும் வகை ஐந்தும் தூய்நெறி ஓடில்
களக்கம் அறமூன்றில் காணலும் ஆமே.

இந்த வகையில் நன்கு நாட்களுக்குச் சுழுமுனை வழியே மூச்சுக் காற்று இயங்கினால் சிவன், சக்தி, விந்து, நாதம் என்னும் நான்கையும் காண முடியும். ஐந்து நாட்களுக்குத் தூய்மையான இந்த வழியில் மூச்சுக் காற்று இயங்கினால் சிவன், சக்தி, ஆன்மா என்ற மூன்றையும் காணலாம்.


#780. சிவனைக் காணமுடியும்!

காணலும் ஆகும் கருதிய பத்து ஓடில்
காணலும் ஆகும் கலந்த இரண்டையும்
காணலும் ஆகும் கலப்பு அற மூ ஐந்தேல்
காணலும் ஆகும் கருத்து உற ஒன்றே.

முன்னே கூறியவாறு சுழுமுனையில் பத்து நாட்களுக்கு அறிவு பொருந்தி இருந்தால், தன்னுள்ளே கலந்து உறையும் சிவ சக்தியரைக் காணலாம். காலத்தன்மையை விட்டுவிட்டு பதினைந்து நாட்கள் சுழு முனையில் அறிவு பொருந்தி இருந்தால் உள்ளத்தில் சிவபெருமானைக் காணலாம்.


#781. அனைத்தும் விளங்கும்

கருதும் இருபதில் காண ஆறு ஆகும் ;
கருதிய ஐயைந்தில் காண்பது மூன்றாம்
கருதும் இருபதுடன் ஆறு காணில்
கருதும் இரண்டுஎனக் காட்டலும் ஆமே.

இரு முனைகள் சுழுமுனையில் நிலை பெற்றால் வானக் கூறில் இருந்து ஆறு ஆதாரங்களையும் அறிந்து கொள்ளலாம். இருபத்தி ஐந்து நாட்கள் இந்த விதமாக இயங்கி வந்தால் ஒளி, வளி, வெளி என்னும் மூன்றும் நன்றாக விளங்கும். இன்னும் இருபது நாட்கள் இதே போன்று இயங்கி வந்தால் ஒளி, வெளி என்ற இரண்டும் இன்னமும் சிறப்புற விளங்கும்.

You must be an expert in multitasking and I wonder how you are able to find the time for all the writings. Guess the Tamil siddha scriptures require a thorough knowledge of meditation techniques. Do you practice meditation daily? Please don't mistake my interest in you as a sign of inquisitiveness. I'm just simply impressed, to say the least.

Thank you for the feedback which no one else wanted to give!

I think that I am continuing spiritual saadhana left incomplete in a previous birth/ or births.

I learned various arts, sciences, skills, languages and anything I got chance to learn.

Somehow they are all helpful to me while I sit down to write.

I practiced intense meditation after settling down in Coimbatore ~ 20 years ago.

I learned the techniques but I was never told the likely outcomes of serious meditations.

I am amazed that they are listed in the same order in Thirumanthiram!

I felt an electrical charge on the top of my head on one fine evening while meditating.

The energy imparted by it kept my fresh and energetic for the next two days (even when it was

minus the beauty sleep)

Then one day I saw two luminous objects - as brilliant as two suns within my closed eyes.

One two occasions I was floating near the ceiling while my physical body was on the floor below.

When I related these to my spiritual guru, he really got worried. He knew that I was practically

alone most of the time and he feared that if I leave my body I may opt NOT to come back into it.

Surely that will cause a lot of problems to everyone in the family and the extended family.

Such serious saadanaas are not meant for family ladies but only for swaminis and sanyaasinis.

So he advised me to stop meditating and I stopped it on that day.

But I usually get absorbed completely in whatever I do.

So I do not have to sit with closed eyes and think of a yantra/ mantra / tantra to meditate.

Everything I do becomes a meditation for me.

Hope that my spiritual saadhanaa will culminate in success at least in this janma and liberate me

form this samsaara chakkaram.

I have had an out of body experience earlier also - on the day I delivered my second son and

collapsed in the bathroom. I felt so light and floated up up and way in a luminous tubular passage

filled with brilliant light and divine music. My mind filled with great peace and joy.

It was my mother's frantic and heart melting cry that pulled me back to the earth. She was

reminded of her own mother - my namesake - who died after delivering her eighth son in the same

age in a similar manner.

Yes I was reborn in 1974, after tasting a very pleasant out of body experience-my very first!

 தவத்தில் வெல்லலாம்



கல்லை மலை மேலே ஏற்றுவது கடினம்,
கல் நழுவிக் கீழே விழுவது எளிது;

உலகில் எல்லா முயற்சிகளும் இங்ஙனமே,
உயர்வது கடினம், நழுவுதல் எளிது.

ஆத்ம தரிசனத்தை விரும்புகின்றவர்,
தவம், தியானம் செய்வது வழக்கம்;

ஆத்மத் தேடலில் பலவிதமான,
தடங்கல்கள் நாடி வருவதும் வழக்கம்!

தடைபட்ட யோகம் என்ன ஆகும்?
தடுக்கப்பட்ட இடத்திலேயே நிற்குமா?

முழுவதும் நழுவிக் கீழே விழுந்து விடுமா?
குழப்புகின்ற கேள்விதான் என்றுமே!

கண்ணன் என்ன சொன்னான் பார்போம்.
பண்ணின தவம் என்றுமே வீணாகாது;

விட்ட இடத்திலிருந்தே மீண்டும் ஒருவர்,
தொட்டுத் தவத்தைத் தொடரலாம் என்றான்.

தடைபட்ட தவத்தினர் மீண்டும், மீண்டும்
தவமுடையோர் இல்லத்திலேயே வந்து

தவறாமல் பிறப்பார்! தடைபட்ட தனது
தவத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து, முடிவில் வெல்லுவார்.

பாதிக் கிணறு தாண்டினால், எவரும்
நீரில் விழுந்து விடுவார் நிச்சயமாக;

பாதி யோகத்தில் தடைபட்டவரோ எனில்,
மீதியைத் தொடருவார், மீண்டும் பிறந்து!

அரைகுறை முயற்சியேதான் என்றாலும்,
அதுவும் ஒருவருடைய சாதனையே.

விடாமல் தொடர்ந்தால் வெற்றி நிச்சயம்,
விமலன் அருட்பார்வை கிடைப்பதாலே!

#782. பிறருக்கும் உணர்த்த முடியும்!

காட்டலும் ஆகும் கலந்த இருபத்தேழில்
காட்டலும் ஆகும் கலந்து எழும் ஒன்று எனக்
காட்டலும் ஆகும் கலந்த இருபத்தெட்டில்
காட்டலும் ஆகும் கலந்த ஈரைந்தே.

சுழுமுனையில் ஒரு யோகி இருபத்தேழு நாட்கள் நிலை பெற்றிருந்தால் அவரால் ஜோதி வடிவமாகிய சிவபெருமானைப் பிறருக்குக் காட்டி உணர்த்த முடியம் . இருபத்தெட்டு நாட்கள் சுழு முனையில் நிலை பெற்றிருந்தால் பத்தாவது நிலையில் மேல் நோக்கிய சஹஸ்ரதலத்தில் விளங்குகின்ற ஆன்மாவையே பிறருக்கு உணர்த்த முடியும்.


#783. காலம் செல்வதை அறியார்!

ஈரைந்தும் ஐந்தும் இருமூன்றும் எட்டுக்கும்
பார்அஞ்சி நின்ற பகை பத்துநாள் ஆகும்
வாரம்செய் கின்ற வகை ஆறஞ்சு ஆமாகில்
ஓர்அஞ்சொடு ஒன்று ஒன்று என ஒன்றும்தானே.

பத்து, ஐந்து, ஆறு, எட்டு என்ற இருபத்து ஒன்பது நாட்கள் யோகிகளுக்குப் பத்து நாட்களைப் போலத் தோன்றும். இறைவனுடன் கலந்து இருக்கும் அன்பைப் பெருக்கும் முப்பது நாட்கள் வெறும் ஏழு நாட்களைப் போல தோன்றும்.


#784. காலம் நின்றுவிடும்

ஒன்றிய நாள்கள் ஒருமுப்ப தொன்றுஆகில்
கன்றிய நாளும் கருத்துற மூன்று ஆகும்
சென்று உயிர் நால் எட்டும் சேரவே நின்றிடின்
மன்று இயல்பு ஆகும் மனையில் இரண்டே.

இறைவனுடன் பொருந்தி இருக்கும் முப்பதொன்று நாட்கள் வெறும் மூன்று நாட்கள் போலத் தோன்றும். இறைவனுடன் ஜீவன் முப்பத்திரண்டு நாட்கள் பொருந்தி இருந்தால் அவை வெறும் இரண்டு நாட்களைப் போலத் தோன்றும்.


#785. சும்மா இருந்தால் சிவன் ஆகலாம்!

மனையினில் ஒன்றாகும் மாதமும் மூன்றும்
சுனையினில் ஒன்று ஆகத் தொனித்தனன் நந்தி
வினையற ஓங்கி வெளிசெய்து நின்றால்
தனைஉற நின்ற தலைவனும் ஆமே.

மூன்று மாதங்கள் சிவமும், ஆன்மாவும் இரண்டறப் பொருந்தி இருந்தால் சிவன் அந்த யோகிக்கு சஹஸ்ரதளத்தில் ஒரு சூக்ஷுமமான வாக்குக் கேட்கும்படிச் செய்வான். யோகி பரமாகாயத்தில் நிமிர்ந்து நின்றுச் செயல் ஒன்றும் இன்றிச் சும்மா இருந்தால் சிவனுடன் பொருந்திச் சிவனாகவே ஆகிவிடமுடியும்.

தத்துவங்களின் தலைவனாகிய ஆன்மா அறுபத்து நான்கு தரிகளால் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஆன்மாவாகிய பிரணவம் அறுபது நான்கு ஒளிக் கதிர்களால் ஆனது.
ஆன்மா அறுபத்து நான்கு கலைகளில் விளங்குகின்றது
ஆன்மாவும் பிரணவமும் இங்ஙனம் அறுபத்து நான்கு விதங்களாக விளங்கும்.

திருமந்திரம் நான்காம் தந்திரம் முற்றுப் பெற்றது.

You must be really blessed to acquire all the knowledge and skills and also have experiential learning of the meditative techniques. Only a person who has spiritual understanding through experience of the scriptures at the personal level will be able to decode the cryptic language of the Seers and the Siddhas and present the contents in an easily understandable language.
Your OBE is also impressive and I understand that those who have had OBE experiences become totally transformed in their outlook, values and priorities.

People ( mostly young girls whom I meet in the clinics and hospitals) ask me
and wonder how I can be so cheerful in spite of every problem I seem to have.

I would reply to them with a smile and say that
"I am trapped in this body but I am not this body."

Some of them understand and the others get some
real solid food for thoughts trying to understand the concept.

When we are happy we are exhausting our puNyam and
when we suffer we are exhausting our paapam.

So what would one want to exhaust first and fast? :decision:

#786. யாரும் அறியாததை நாம் அறியலாம்!

ஆரும் அறியார் அளக்கின்ற வன்னியை
ஆறும் அறியார் அளக்கின்ற வாயுவை
ஆறும் அறியார் அழிகின்ற அப்பொருள்
ஆறும் அறியார் அறிவு அறிந்தேனே.

பரவெளியில் சூக்ஷ்மமாகக் கலந்து எங்கும் பரவியுள்ள தீயாகிய பூதத்தை யாரும் அறிய இயலாது.
பரவெளியில் சூக்ஷ்மமாகக் கலந்து எங்கும் பரவியுள்ள காற்றாகிய பூதத்தை யாரும் அறிய இயலாது.
எல்லாவற்றையும் தனக்குள் ஒடுக்கிக் கொண்டுள்ள சிவனையும் யாரும் அறிய இயலாது. எவருமே அறியாத அறிவினை நான் எங்கனம் அறிந்து கொண்டேன் தெரியுமா? சிவத்துடன் கூடி இவற்றை அறிந்து கொண்டேன்.


#787. சிவத்தின் இயல்பு என்ன ?

அறிவது, வாயுவொடு, ஐந்து அறிவு ஆய,
அறிவு ஆவதுதான் உலகுஉயிர் அத்தின்
பிறிவு செய்யா வகை பேணி உள்நாடின்
செறிவது நின்று திகழும் அதுவே.

காற்று முதலிய ஐந்து தன்மாத்திரைகளை அறிந்து கொள்ளும் அறிவே சிவம் ஆகும். உலகம், உயிர்கள் இவை எல்லாவற்றையும் அறிந்து கொள்வதே சிவம் ஆகும். சிவத்தை மற்றவற்றிலிருந்து பிரித்துக் காண முயலக் கூடாது. சிவத்தை எல்லாப் பொருட்களுடனும் ஒன்றாகக் கண்டால் அந்தச் சிவமே எல்லாப் பொருட்களையும் நமக்கு நன்கு விளக்கித் தானும் நன்கு விளங்கும்.


#788. பராசக்தி தரும் பரிசு

அது அருளும் மருள் ஆனது உலகம்
பொது அருளும்; புகழாளர்க்கு நாளும்
மது அருளும் மலர் மங்கையர் செல்வி
இதுஅருள் செய்யும் இறையவன் ஆமே.

சிவன் அருளிய உலகம் மயக்கத்தைத் தருவது ஆகும். ஆனால் ஞானியாருக்கு அதுவே பொது அறிவை அருளும். இன்பத்தைத் தரும் சஹஸ்ர தளத்தில் விளங்குபவள் பராசக்தி. அவளே ஞானியரைச் சிவத்துடன் சேர்த்து வைப்பவள்.


#789. பற்று நீங்கும்! அறிவு ஓங்கும்!

பிறப்புஅது சூழ்ந்த பெருந்தகை நந்தி
குறிப்புஅது கூடிய கோலக் குரம்பைப்
பழப்பதி ஆவது பற்று அறும் பாசம்
அழப்படி செய்வார்க்கு அகலும் மதியே.

படைப்புச் செயலைக் குறித்து எண்ணிய பெருமையை உடையவன் சிவன். பிறப்பு இல்லாதபடிச் செய்பவரின் அழகிய உடல் அவனுக்குப் பழமையான இருப்பிடம் ஆகும். இந்த உண்மையை அறிந்து கொண்டு விட்டால் உள்ளத்தி உள்ள பற்று தானே அகன்று விடும். பாசமே ஆசைக்கும் துன்பங்களுக்கும் காரணம். அதை விலக்கி விட்டால் ஆழ்ந்த அறிவு உதயமாகும்.

வாரம் = வாரத்தின் நாள்
சரம் = மூச்சின் இயக்கம்

#790. நாட்களும் நாடிகளும்

வெள்ளிய வெண் திங்கள் விளங்கும் புதன் இடம்
ஒள்ளிய மந்தன் இரவி செவ்வாய் வலம்
வள்ளிய பொன்னே வளரும் பிறை இடம்
தெள்ளிய தேய் பிறை தான் வலம் ஆமே.

வெள்ளி, திங்கள், புதன் கிழமைகளில் இட நாடி வழியாக மூச்சு இயங்க வேண்டும். சனி, ஞாயிறு, செவ்வாய்க் கிழமைகளில் வல நாடி வழியே மூச்சு இயங்க வேண்டும். வளர்பிறை வியாழக் கிழமைகளில் இடைகலையிலும், தேய்பிறை வியாழக் கிழமைகளில் வலது நாடியிலும் மூச்சு இயங்க வேண்டும்.


#791. உடம்பு அழியாததன் காரணம்

வெள்ளி வெண் திங்கள் விளங்கும் புதன் மூன்று
தள்ளி யிடத்தே தயங்குமே யாமாகில்
ஒள்ளிய காயத்துக் கூனமிலை என்று
வள்ளல் நமக்கு மகிழ்ந்துரைத்தானே.

இயல்பாகவோ அல்லது பயிற்சியினாலோ திங்கள், புதன், வெள்ளிக் கிழமைகளில் மூச்சு இடைகலை வழியாக நடைபெறின் அந்த உடல் அழியாது. இதை வள்ளல் ஆகிய சிவபெருமான் நமக்கு உரைத்துள்ளான்.


#792. ஆனந்தம் கூடும்

செவ்வாய், வியாழன், சனி, ஞாயிறேயென்னும்
இவ்வா றறிகின்ற யோகி இறைவனே
ஒவ்வாத வாயு வலத்துப் புரியவிட்டு
அவ்வா றறிவார்க்கு அவ்வானந்த மாமே.

செவ்வாய்க் கிழமை, தேய்பிறை வியாழக்கிழமை, சனிக் கிழமை, ஞாயிற்றுக் கிழமை ஆகிய நாட்களில் மூச்சை வலப்பக்க நாடி வழியே அறிந்து கொள்ளும் யோகி இறைவன் ஆவான். இந்த நாட்களில் மூச்சு இட நாடியில் நடந்தால் அதை மாற்றி வல நாடியில் புரிய வேண்டும். அப்போது ஆனந்தம் கூடும்.


#793. நாசியில் சிவம் விளங்கும்

மாறி வருமிரு பான்மதி வெய்யவன்
ஏறியும் இழியு மிடைபிங் கலைஇடை
ஊறுஉயிர் நடு வேயுமி ருக்கிரன்
தேறி யறிமின் தெரிந்து தெளிந்தே.

சந்திரனும், சூரியனும் இடகலை, பிங்கலை நாடிகளில் மாறி மாறி இயங்கும். இடகலை வழியே ஏறிப் பிங்கலை வழியே இறங்கும், பிங்கலை வழியே ஏறி இடகலை வழியே இறங்கும். நாடு நாடியில் மூச்சு ஊர்ந்து போகும். நாசிகள் வழியே இயங்கும் மூச்சில் சிவம் உள்ளது என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்
