Renu, You can transform the society with your great experience and communication power. I think , your children are blessed one. You have no social taboo as you are open minded.

Do you also advocate living-in relationship, by the way ?

As in Delhi and Mumbai metro, it is very much prevalent. They do not mind to play and enjoy life like free birds.

Dear Manwar,

I have certain set rules for myself in life but I do not impose them on anyone else.
In my life I like to do what feel is right for me which might not always be the norm.
I do not like to judge others cos no one is perfect.
But that does not mean its all hell break loose and in the way I live and deal with life.
My child is lucky in a way cos I explain to him pros and cons of everything in life.

For me the biggest social taboo is CONVERSION.
Each should follow their own religion.Hindus these days just convert at the drop of a hat.

My way of life is simple..I just like to do what I feel is right and let other do as they please.

I do not advocate anything for anyone. If you ask me I won't even advocate marriage for anyone.
I feel if a person is comfortable having a live in relationship it's up to the individuals concerned.
I have no right to judge anyone.

Each one in this world has the right to live the way they are comfortable with.
Living in is NOT A CRIME.
So legally and technically no one is in the wrong.

Does Living in relationship becomes acceptable and venerable if
DR. Renu O.Kays it???

Being open minded NEED NOT mean promoting adultery! :nono:

Ha Ha Ha..I can't help laughing reading this!!LOL

So the verdict is mine huh?

You know my only major social taboo in life is CONVERSION.
If us ask me I have 0% respect for a person who converts or does not respect his/her own religion.

You know once during Diwali some years back in my inlaws house a guest came.
This person was a local muslim girl and so happen that year it was also the fasting month Ramadhan(Ramzan) and Eid was only the next day.
This guest was the friend of my sister in law.

Ok this girl told us that she doesn't observe Ramzan and she was sort of mocking the practise of fasting.
My Mother In Law told me to serve drinks and food to that girl.
I flatly refused.
I told my MIL in the kitchen that it is a duty of a muslim to fast and not mock her own religion.

I told my MIL that I am not serving food and drinks to a muslim in Ramzan cos that totally disrespecting Islam.

My MIL was telling me "Renu you are weird" and she served the drinks.

Now coming back to the topic of adultery, living in etc..
I have MORE respect for a person who even commits adultery, living in but have NO respect for a person who converts or mocks his/her own religion.

Vishu,
That is the difference between urban North and South India! I believe South India is more religious than urban North. They all value their culture and stick to it.

From my experience as student in India..I personally feel those from north have very strong love for Hinduism even though they might not show it outwardly.

Dear VR Ji,

You know I will tell you this about him.He might be a casanova but as a doctor I salute him.
You know why?
Once he was posted to a remote area in India for internship before coming back to M'sia.
There was a HIV postive pregnant lady who was brought to the hospital in labour and no senior doctor wanted to conduct the delivery cos the patient was a HIV postive.

He was the only doctor who conducted the delivery even without nurses helping him.
Other doctors warned him that you are new and inexperienced you are risking your life here.
Just let her deliver on her own.
This casanova told the other doctors that "death will sure for everyone one day and I do not lose anything helping this poor lady"

Even when we worked here in Malaysia..once he was driving by a highway and saw an accident.
A truck was hanging by the cliff.
Ok this doc always travels with a fully equipped emergency kit in his car to help out anyone in need.
So he stopped and saw the person stuck in the truck and the side of the truck was dangling on the cliff and the truck driver was bleeding profusely.

The rescue and police team were cutting the truck to try to take out the person but this doctor saw that patient was bleeding.
He risked his life and went to the edge of the truck and fixed an IV drip for the driver who was stuck.
Even the rescue team didn't dare go near the driver cos if they go in the drivers cabin the truck tilts towards the cliff and risks falling into the ravine.

So he fixed the drip risking his own life and saved the patient.

So for me he might be a casanova but he is the bravest doctor I have ever seen.

Fortune favors the brave - You will have good luck if you carry out your plans boldly and never afraid of death. Death is the final truth. That is what the message of God to all human beings ! Never afraid for noble cause as God is with you to help and save you.

Renu,

Who are being converted among Hindus ? Are they Brahmins or some other lower caste, BTW ?
What have you done to stop these conversions being an intellectuals ?
What is your contribution for the society?
Ignorance of LAW is no excuse, you must remember !

Dear Renu,

Man is like a dog, you know it except few !

Do you know the consequences in Indian context ?

Ignorance of LAW is no excuse, you must remember !

These days any Hindu converts!
To stop conversion I need a committed squad..Want to join?

My contribution to society?
Ok here goes;

1)I use up atmospheric oxygen and in return give out Carbon Dioxide as any other human in the process of respiration.

2)I use a car to drive and contribute Carbon Monoxide to the atmosphere.

3)I still do use Freon gas in my AC which contributes to the thinning of the Ozone layer.

So besides these I can't think of anything else I have contributed to the world.

LAW? don't worry my brother is a state director in the department of law so if I don't know anything I just call him.

Dear Renu,

Man is like a dog, you know it except few !

You are right..humans are like dogs too.
Cos even though I am a doctor I have treated dogs as patients a couple of times when it was an emergency(happened many years ago)
Once a puppy was brought with glue stuck in it's eye and I helped it by cleaning the eye and instilling antibiotics eye drops.
Once I gave a dog some antibiotic syrup for some ailment and it recovered.

So since all the medication worked it goes to show human are like dogs only.

BTW I think I know what you are trying to say that Man are like dogs.
You know it's highly insulting to any Canine if they read what you wrote.
Cos dogs have a season and man has no rhyme and reason!!LOL

Better beware Dogs are not going to like what you wrote!!!

With the kind of life he admitted to be experimenting,

he must have been sure of contacting HIV sooner or later.

Does it matter whether it will be from an infected patient

or from one of his fun loving infected girl friends???

And my intuition says that he is a class one liar. :lie:

Like a cat he must also be having NINE lives

to do maximum possible loottee.

All religions LEAD to the same God.

But all men are NOT a girl's husbands!!!

Religion sets rules and codes of conduct.

What is use of belonging to a religion

if we are not going to follow the code of conduct also?

I am sure NO religion permits adultery.

Is it NOT cheating the lawful spouse,

stabbing in his /her back??? :heh:

Killing a person's trust and faith is

worse than killing the person. :nono:

Dear Visa ji,

We all have worked with him.He is an excellent doctor and goes out of the way to help patients.
He has even forked out his own money and bought wheel chairs for poor disabled patients.
He does lots of charity and as far as I know he is like an open book.
That's how we all know his escapades.
He is not a liar at all.

He is a very much loved doctor.

So he is really Dr. Benevolent and Mr. Hunter!

Dear VR Ji,

We humans tend to blame animals for all our inadequacies.
Man is very far way from an animal.
Animals have gratitude which man seldom have these days.

Morals can differ from person to person.
I feel as long there is loss of life or harm to anyone a person is free to chose to way he/she wishes to live.

The first girl will throw herself at his feet. :hail:

But why so many girls unless he uses them,

gives them hope, dodges getting married, and

keeps the option open to all for all times???

If his life is an open book, the foolish girls must sense that,

his real purpose is to only play with them

and not marry them and settle down in life.

A male doctor does not really need to hunt especially a rich one.
Girls will just throw themselves at them hoping to marry a rich doctor.

dear renuka ji !
freedom to those who follow norms is valuable.for easy going people freedom is a curse .like wise for those who have humanity and care ,living together is ok. but for those cheating a girl after all social formalities,it will be a easy escaping gate.

My dear,

These days no one is the pawn in any game to be cheated.
Most girls themselves do not feel cheated.
Everyone is a player themselves.
It's not like Tamil movie cinema where girls cry after everything is over screaming"Waah Waah you have to marry me cos I have be spoilt"

No one cries like that anymore..they enter the game with consent, play their cards well and if they do not like the outcome they just move on..no one feels cheated cos that's how they view life.
