Virtual girl ?Sweetie? catches thousands of paedophiles - Telegraph

I find the Indian Penal Code 497 a bit unusual...that is a man can be charged under IPC 497 for having sexual intercourse with another man's wife without her husband's consent.

In other words..to have sex with another man's wife one needs to obtain her husband's permission!LOL

Then also under the act the married woman will not be charged even though she consented for it.

Now this law seems weird..after all why should the husband's consent matter if the wife has already given her consent to her lover?

Her consent matters more isnt it?

Just say the husband consents his wife having sex with another man and gives his blessings but the wife does not consent but the man forces her ...then its rape.

Its not an easy situation...

If he does not obtain her husband's consent but has her consent he can be charged under IPC 497.

If he has the husband's consent but not the her consent than its rape!

So that means he has to have the consent of both husband and wife to escape from being charged under IPC 497 and to avoid being charged for rape!LOL

This IPC 497 should be re-named Indian Pen*le Code 497!

Dear VR ji,

Both the queens were widows..so technically their husbands are not in the picture anymore when it comes to consent.

Frankly speaking I am sure the queens would have regretted later that they did not 'consent' becos the maid that consented gave birth to Vidura and the queens only had Pale Aneamic Pandu and Blind Dhritarasthra and non stop trouble that led to a Mahabharat!

Pandu is supposed to be anemic and hence pale. Anemia is different from vitiligo, right?

A person with anemia has pale skin because his blood has less hemoglobin.

I have always believed that mother in law is more important than wife.

MILs decide fate of poor souls marrying their daughters.

Mothers are equally deadly. they like DILs to be clones of themselves so that darling son follows the path of dharma as she sees it.lol

now I know it all started with vyasa. the tradition is maintained even in21st century.

Now what was the cause of Pandu's anemia?

No one really knows?

Could it have been Thalassemia?

  • Becos Thalassemia weakens a person totally and they usually die young if proper treatment in form of regular blood transfusion is not done.
  • So may be Pandu did not get any curse at all that he would die if he had sex..may be he did not have the energy to have sex and died young becos of complications of Thalassemia.

Thalassemia produces a yellowish pale color and Pandu was known to be yellowish pale!

So what is it now?

Info on Thalassemia:

  • Thalassemia occurs when the red cells can't mature and grow properly. Thalassemia is an inherited condition that typically affects people of Mediterranean, African, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian descent. This condition can range in severity from mild to life-threatening; the most severe form is called Cooley's anemia.

Dear Renu,
Why do think we have all kinds of weirdos in this world?
Certainly the mentality of the man and woman affect the child
being conceived by them.
The union at the forbidden Sandhya time created the twin terrors Hiranyaakshan and HirNyan!
Even when we cook food in an angry mood, it gets riuined by extra salt/ spice or some such thing. Or we spill the food or drop the vessel.
Subsconscious mind had a very strong influence on our activities and emotions
What to say of the child formed at the wrong time and from wrong emotions?

A person with anemia has pale skin because his blood has less hemoglobin.

After Vichitravirya's death his mother Satyavati sent for her first born, Rishi Veda Vyasa. According to his mother's wishes, he visited both the wives of Vichitravirya to grant them a son. Ambalika was instructed by Satyavati to keep her eyes open lest she would bear a blind son like Ambika's (Dhritarashtra). She did keep her eyes open but she became pale after seeing the formidable form of the Sage. Therefore, Pandu was born pale.

And for giving Sage VyAsA the credit which was denied to him till now!!! :)

Dear Renu,

Most of the kings were impotent and had to get sons by other methods like performing putra kaameshti yaagam or observing vrats, doing penance for the sake of good sons etc.

I think their promiscuity and licencious living are to be blamed.
With beautiful ladies al around them and nothing to hold them back they must have lead a very loose life.

The sages on the other hand were so potenent that they could make the women and even animals pregnant by a mere glance or a simple touch with their hands on the body of the female.

Astika was formed by the touch of Sage Jartkaaru on the navel of his wife. Remote impregnation!!!

The actual process was 100% successful and quick in giving the son. Satyavati gave birth to Vyasa before Sage Paraasaraa could take a bath and go on his way!

And the child born was even quicker! VyAsA released his mother from all blames and guilty feelings and walked away to perform penance soon after being born!!

Moral of the story-avoid queens and marry maids if you have a choice.lol

One man had a winning way with all kinds of women he came across.
His advances never ever failed!
His formula as disclosed to his close friend was
"Treat a lady like a chamber-maid and
treat a chamber-maid like a lady!"
Giving them a suprise and treatment not known to them
was the root cause of his success!!

Dear VR ji,

I used to wonder why Kings had fertility problems.

Dasharata had fathered a girl child called Santha and after that he did not produce children.! I wonder why?

BTW even his ancestor Raghu had fertility problems but that again I wonder if it was him or his queen cos I have read a version of Raghuvamsam that stated that Raghu had children with other wives but not with his Dharma Patni.

So hard to say who was infertile but Dasharatha seemed to have secondary infertility no doubt.

Coming to sages..I guess since they did not get much chance to gun it so they could have developed pent up passion and desire and when they had a chance it was all hell break loose and everything in sight gets pregnant but more of a wham bam thank you maam style...Kings on the other hand took their time and were more passionate and used up their storage!LOL
