what you say may be correct sarangji.bjp lost because of alliance dynamics; congress is a shrewd manipulator for alliances and playing communal politics. It thought its brand of secularism will succeed this time too, but modi has broken it. Wise public has woken up and there will be less and less talk of secularism and minority appeasement. He has said several times that he doesn't mind losing but will never play vote bank politics. He has won the respect and support of a diverse section of public. Every controversy thrown at him by the media and psec and communal politicians has not only failed to stand scrutiny but built up his stature. Many who criticised in the past have become his admirers. And the list is growing every day.
