sir - real estate prices in many parts of the state have skyrocketed since dmk came to power in t.nad in may2006. this is due to 2 reasons:-
1. gifting of land to big industrial houses at throw away prices for establishing new factories. this has led to increase in demand of land around areas where these factories are supposed to come up, thus pushing prices artificially.

2.formation of special economic zones, by once again gifting land at throw away prices to entreprenuers .this has also led to increase in prices of land
where these zones are supposed to come up, thus pushing prices , again artificially.

even prices of cement has increased drastically. even the basic details of agreements made by dmk govt. with industrial houses are not made public.

SIR - IN brahmin temples & orthodox hindu temples, there r 2 divine pratices:-

1. PARIVATTAM & 2. POORNA KUMBHA RESPECT.

these are practices, by which the temple authorities welcome certain VIPs of any caste , community who have contributed to the temple in any form-cash, land,kind or service. this is a thanks giving to VIPs by temple authorities on behalf of devotees. remember temples need funds because in brahminism & orthodox hinduism there are numerous rituals , festivals & occasions to celebrate. naturally money is required for this. so the VIPs who contribute money are helping in nurturing the temple & its customs, and are therefore honoured by the temple authorities on behalf of the devotees.

the dmk chiefmiister of t.nadu who has no qualms about opening alcohol shops or lottery, cabaret or gambling, has suddenly banned Parivattam & poorna kumba practices in temples on the absurd pretext that these practices violate equality!!!!!!! it is clear the karunanidhi muthuvelar is suffering from the complex that these practices honour brahmins only! but actually persons belonging to all castes & community have been honoured under this practice and so this practice is a noble, divine practice which is not discriminatory at all!!!

SIR - you probably do not remember what happened in triplicane, chennai in 1996! a lORD GANESHA procession was passing through a street for many years. there was a mosque in that road. on this silly pretext, the then dmk chiefminister, the muthuvelar karunanidhi, banned the procession from passing through that route and changed the route!! these 'rationalists' haver more love for islam than muslims themselves! they have more love for jesus than christians themselves! it s like a person having more love for wife of somebody else than the wife's own husband, and than their own wife!!!!!!!

sir - the sonia maina govt. has not implemented court verdict of death penalty for assassins of late rajiv gandhi. it is said by some that since sonia maina herself, wife of late rajiv, has forgiven the assassins,they should be shown mercy.but rajiv was not the only person killed in the assassination . many police officials and innocents were also killed. have they all forgiven the assassins? why is it that their opinion is not being valued? in any case, only if rajiv's assassins are hanged the soul of the murdered innocents, wil rest in peace!!!!!

[SIR- A draconian provision called 9th schedule was introduced by the nefarious nehru in 1950s, this provision allowed politicians like the kalaignaa to include even anti constitutional clauses in the constitution. if the clause is included in the 9th schedule, then even courts cannot question it! surprisingly instead of totally quashing this fascist provision, even now, after so many years,the courts have ruled that they will not totally ban this provision, but only review each and every law separately and find out whether there is anything anti constitutional in it! although this is an improvement on the present position, it is not a total victory for democratic forces, because this law still allows persons like kalaignaa to perform his antics ! but of course, instead of totally sleeping and allowing politicians to go scot free this verdict atleast puts a barrier. but it depends on how supreme court view various draconian laws which have been included in 9th schedule. my humble view is that all laws under 9th schedule should be scrapped.let us wait and hope for the best. the 9th schedule represents the ugly face of nehru. it has spread its tentacles and crushed democracy and put democracy in a coma stage for so many years. not courts have given oxygen and enabled democracy to come out of coma! but whether democracy will flourish and come back to normal , only time can answer!!! It would have been better if the 9th schedule itself had been scrapped totally.
the courts are not opposed to caste quotas, BUT only to percentage OF QUOTAS. it is like saying "i am opposed to murdering a person, but if you want you can chop of parts of the body of the person without killing him!!"

THE RULING OF COURT IS LIKE THIS -'YOU CAN COMMIT MURDERS! BUT THE COURT WILL LOOK INTO EACH AND EVERY MURDER AND REVIEW IT! IF THE MURDER IS ESSENTIAL FOR PUBLIC WELFARE COURTS WILL ALLOW IT. OR ELSE WE WILL QUASH OR PUT RESTRICTIONS ON YOU'!!

BUT INSTEAD OF BLAMING THE COURTS I THINK WE MUST ASK THE PERSONS WHO FAUGHT THE CASE IN THE COURTS AS TO WHAT SORT OF ARGUMENT THEY PLACED BEFORE HONOURABLE JUDGES. AFTER ALL IT IS ONLY BASED ON THE PROOF, EVIDENCES AND ARGUMENTS, THE JUDGES DELIVER JUDGEMENTS. I HAVE RESPECT FOR JUDGES AND JUDICIARY. BUT STILL I THINK THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED PROVISIONS LIKE 9TH SCHEDULE TO CONTINUE IN A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY LIKE INDIA.

[SIR - The Kamalahaasa, the k.balachandar, sujatha, the crazy mohan - all represent the ugly face of brahminism. just like a woman discarding her chastity for minting some money, these fellows have discarded their brahminism & fallen at the feets of anti brahmins just to milk some money! do not follow these nefarious elements. instead get inspired by the Paramacharya. he was a saint who gave a new respect to the word 'brahmin'. he lived as an orthodox veggie, 100% celibate for almost 100yrs. even at the age of 99 he would get up at 04 00am itself and take bath in cold water, because saints should not use hot or warm water. not even once he used injections, drugs or tablets, because he never got ill his entire life! he remains an enigma for today's world!!!

SIR - He has done it again! Dr. ramadoss has said that inchennai banned, intoxicated drugs are being freely sold & used by the youth. he has also opposed opening of special economic zones int.nadu!

Dr. subramaniam swamy, has accused dmk ministers of having connection with terrorist outfits!!!!!!

SIR- Godman Sathya Sai Baba visited chennai today. he blessed his devotess. he also went to the residence of the t.nadu chiefminister to meet him. Sun T.V.proudly says that 'normally everybody goes to meet sathya sai baba. but the baba himself has gone to residence of t.nadu chiefminister to meet him. this has surprised his devotees!' but i do not think there is anything to be surprised here.after all, the t.nadu chiefminister is not in a position to walk freely without external support. so it would not have been possible or comfortable for him to go and meet the Baba. so, the Baba himself has come to the residence of the chiefminister to meet him. that's all!!!

sir - it seems even the baba is not in a position to walk comfortably without support. then why he took the pains of personally going to see the muthuvelar at the latter's decision is a mystery! may even in this condition, the baba is physically more energetic than the dmk chiefminister of t.nadu!!!!!

SIR - In a poor country, people are dependent on govt. for support in many areas. so they just declare themselves as belonging to the category to which the govt. benefits go. tomorrow, if govt.were to bring a law that only criminals will be given quotas in govt. jobs & education, there will be a beeline of indians who would declare themselves openly as 'criminals'. then becoming a criminal would automatically become a status symbol. persons like the kamalahaasa, sujatha, k.balachandran etc., and the likes of these would also proudly declare themselves as 'criminals'!!!!!!

such things will not happen in prosperous countries,where people are not dependent on govt. doles even for their day to day living!!!!!!

[sir - when gods are riducled by 'rationalists' more than god, it is the devotees who get upset. today morning i went to parthasarathi temple, one of 108 divvya desams. there a public notice has been put up that the temples will be opened on jan.1 at morning 03.00a.m. due to new years day! shockingly new years day has no religious significance for orthodox temples. just to mint some money, politicians like karunanidhi muthuvel, sitting in anna arivalayam make these orthodox places of worships dance to their tunes,whims and fancies. in the some temples, songs are blaring from the loudspeakers, making the place look like a cinema theatre. it seems the dmk chiefminister wants temples to become like dmk headoffice called - anna arivalayam- a place which runs under his dictatorship.

sir - satyarajan is at it again! inthe film on the periar there is a song it is said, where it is questioned why sita does not have 3 lines on her back ! it is asked if a squirrel can get lines on its back after rama touches it, why not sita? does that mean rama has not touched sita at all?

sir - so much is being said and written about equality of sexes. but remember even in olympics, the most famous international event on earth, men & women compete separately and not with each other! and the standard in men's events are always better than women! if even in modern events run by advanced countries, these state of affairs prevails, what is wrong in brahminism & orthodox hinduism segregating men and women???
