AAP seems to be a bunch of idealists without commitment. Any one can criticize the work of others, but when it come to taking responsibility, their true colour will get exposed. The over all anger against Congress got the votes for AAP. Now they do not know how to use it. Most unfortunate.
The idealism of AAP will not work. The trick is to be pragmatic and yet not compromise on values. For this you need to have a long term strategy of how you can do this. If AAP follow their present approach they are bound to go into oblivion sooner or later.
Will AAP take support of Congress and form the Government, this is the million dollar question today..In case it takes support, APP has to dance to the tunes of Congress which they had opposed tooth and nail...If they do not then it means that AAP is shirking from responsibility..A hobson's choice indeed..Take it or leave it!!
Very true......without single majority...no party will or can survive....
this is called demo crazy...............then the govt will become crazy....
many points will not get a proper reply and will be wishy-washyKejriwal's demands in a nutshell: So easy to comply by the congress. Per capita spending in delhi is the highest in the country, about 20 times. So we can expect congress supported aap govt in delhi soon.

The demands show the inexperience of AAP in running a State Government. They have mixed Central and State matters in their demands. Also some of them are just Administrative functions. I wonder why they have not included abolition of pension for MLAs, which is more relevant. AAP should understand that the limited mandate that they got from the public is for ruling Delhi, that too in an anger against the misrule by Congress. No wonder Congress is ready to give unconditional support to AAP !
I like your analysis and incisive comments. delhi state is nothing better than a glorified municipality . agencies such as DDA,police are with the central govt. AAP may not do much damage to general public by forming and running a govt. however they will do a lot more damage to BJP and congress all over the country by staying out and fighting loksabha elections. If they win 30 to fifty seats think of their nuisance value in loksabha. we are in for interesting times. see the haste in passing lokpal in parliament by congress and bjp supporting it .
Passing Lokpal or Lokayukta Bills are of no use, unless there is will-power to catch and punish the culprits. Even otherwise we have enough Laws to catch the corrupt people, but highly ineffective in implementation. These will only help to add some media debates.
Basmasura story for AAP is an exaggeration . I would like them to stay long and damage the credibility of national parties. their destructive potential is still high.See how they have been able to reduce the bargaining power of anna hazare and make him accept a diluted lokpal offered by political parties.AAP has a very short lifetime, going by its antiques. People may soon start doubting whether this AAP was a handiwork of Congress/BJP to help them in Parliamentary elections. Like the Bhasmasura story, the broom may sweep clean the AAP first!
Anna Hazare has seen the recent poor response to his fast . in order not to be displaced by AAP ,he with his rural wisdom decided to cut losses and take what was offered by political parties for his own survival literally. AAP feels double crossed by their mentor. The lokpal may not do much corruption survives and grows because middle and rich classes patronise politicians. unless the bribe giver is brought to book it will continue. While I agree with your comments in general, I doubt whether AAP will be able to penetrate the sectarian walls of caste, community and money that cover our electorate in urban and rural areas out side Delhi. In Bangalore another white collar outfit, Loksatta party tried their luck in the last State Elections, but all their candidates failed to recover their deposits . At the most AAP in Loksabha Elections (2014) may get one or two seats in Delhi and Haryana, and put the blame on other parties wielding "money power" and "vote bank" politics for their failure.

With AAP taking a public referendum (First of its kind in India) whether to ally with Congress, Delhi is heading towards Presidents Rule
A nice cartoon about AAP:
